Course Overview

This programme is specifically designed to empower participants to learn, share and reflect on their management and leadership attributes in this rapidly evolving era, through engaging management theory, discussions, and activities.  It encompasses a workshop conducted by a university, where participants will gain insight to help them navigate the intricacies of the modern world and thrive as an impactful leader.  Moreover, esteemed leaders from both the public and private sectors will share their personal leadership journeys, challenges, and perspectives with the participants.  The participants will also have the opportunity to join a study visit to the Mainland of China, where they will witness first-hand the recent development of China in the fight against corruption and other accomplishments. This programme is a valuable international platform to forge ahead with joint efforts in combating corruption.

This course is suitable for middle to senior managers in the public sector who are performing supervisory/managerial functions.

How to Enrol

The HKIAAC will invite overseas anti-corruption authorities to nominate eligible officers to join the course.
