ICAC and HKPF Renew Collaboration : Experience Sharing on Integrity Management and Anti-Corruption in Cambodia

Recently, the ICAC and the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF) joined hands again in sharing Hong Kong’s integrity culture.  Upon invitation by the Cambodian National Police and the Anti-Corruption Unit of Cambodia, representatives from the ICAC and the Service Quality Wing of the HKPF jointly hosted experience sharing sessions in Phnom Penh between 25 and 28 August 2025 for local anti-graft officers and law enforcers, covering topics such as Hong Kong’s anti-corruption legal framework and integrity management.


The delegation also met Mr. JIANG Nan, the Minister of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Cambodia. At the meeting, Mr. JIANG expressed our country’s fervent support for such joint efforts to promote international cooperation and exchange of experiences.


The ICAC and the HKPF have been collaborating closely with each other on the integrity management.  This joint visit significantly enhances the promotion of international cooperation and exchange of experiences. The ICAC and the HKPF will further strengthen the anti-corruption collaboration to work towards a corruption-free world.

ICAC officers and Hong Kong Police officers jointly held a courtesy visit to the Chinese Embassy and met with Mr. JIANG Nan, the Minister of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
