Ethical Leadership Programme – Workshop on the “Offence of Misconduct in Public Office” and "Enhancing Supervision with Digital Solution”

The Hong Kong International Academy Against Corruption (HKIAAC), in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau, organised the Workshop on the “Offence of Misconduct in Public Office” and "Enhancing Supervision with Digital Solution”.  The workshop provided professional integrity training for around 130 management officers from nearly 70 government bureaux and departments, reinforcing integrity management in the civil service.

The workshop analysed recent real cases involving civil servants, with ICAC directorate officers explaining the modus operandi, corruption prevention recommendations and relevant anti-corruption laws.  HKIAAC also invited the Management from the Civil Service Bureau, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, Correctional Services Department, Hong Kong Police Force, Highways Department and Digital Policy Office to share the strategies for enhancing staff integrity and exchange insights on the measures for leveraging digital solution to strengthen supervision
